Abstract
In order to effectively improve the emergency rescue and disposal capabilities of the cadres and employees of the power supply system of China Railway Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. in response to vehicle derailments, and to master the basic structure of vehicles and the operation process of rescue recovery equipment, an innovative on-site meeting for the recovery drill of the track operation vehicle switch area was held at the Fujian Yong'an Huisheng Railway Heavy Industry Maintenance Base on the afternoon of December 11.
This on-site meeting was hosted by the Power Supply Department and organized by the Xiamen Power Supply Section, with 18 professional cadres and employees from the Nanchang Power Supply Section, Fuzhou Power Supply Section, Yingtan Power Supply Section, Xiamen Power Supply Section, High-speed Rail Infrastructure Section, Nanchang Maintenance Management Office, Nanchang Maintenance Management Section, Ganzhou Maintenance Management Section, and Yong'an Maintenance Management Section attending. Before the drill, the Xiamen Power Supply Section reported on the preparation for the 2024 track operation vehicle switch area recovery drill.
After the drill officially began, with a command from the referee, the Xiamen Power Supply Section's work team surveyed the site, prepared tools and materials, and immediately commenced rescue operations. "Han Lu and Fu Yuming hurriedly installed steel sleepers and fastener beams and assembled the top wheel device, placing the hydraulic cylinder in the middle of the transfer trolley, and installing the top cap of the middle beam and the top cap of the coupler." "Mi Xin and Qi Hailin connected the pump station, hydraulic cylinder, transfer trolley, and top wheel device hydraulic cylinder. Begin recovery, pay attention to safety." Rescue team leader Liu Tao issued commands on-site. The rescue team members followed orders, obeyed commands, focused on safety, and cooperated with each other. The entire rescue process was tense and orderly, fully demonstrating the good spirit of teamwork and proficient emergency response capabilities.
After the drill, Jiang Qiang, head of the Equipment Section of the Power Supply Department, and Zhang Chengxing, deputy section chief of the Xiamen Power Supply Section, provided professional comments and a summary speech on the entire process, affirming the strengths observed during the drill while also pointing out existing shortcomings and gaps. This drill showcased the top wheel function of the new type of recovery device. Due to the complex structure of the switch area tracks, the wheels of the vehicle may deviate significantly after a derailment, and the frame may also be deflected. The top wheel device can correct the direction of the frame, effectively solving this problem and greatly improving the efficiency of recovery in the switch area after a derailment. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on key operational procedures and precautions for using rescue equipment during the rescue, further enhancing their rescue capabilities and professional qualities, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming 2025 Spring Festival transportation safety.
